Our Company We are in need of a Principal Product Manager to steer the vision, launch, and continuous success of critical initiatives within the Global Experience team. In this role, you will lead scalable platforms that enable Adobe customers and product teams to deliver powerful GenAI experiences. You will also define and manage the platform roadmap. The optimal candidate demonstrates proficiency in AI services and conversational experiences (e.g. chatbot, ai assistants, voice technology) and localization. What you'll do: Define the long-term vision, strategy and roadmap for the AI shared platform including conversational UX, agentic solutions, voice integration, globalization and knowledge management. Identify market trends and opportunities in conversational UX and GenAI capabilities. Assess competitive landscapes and develop differentiating strategies. Partner with engineering, design, research, data science and other functional teams to build and launch capabilities that resonate globally. Build relationships with product teams and customers to understand their needs and integrate feedback into platform roadmaps. Apply data analytics and metrics to set targets and improve product features. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the AI platform. What you need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, and an MBA or relevant experience. Proven track record in product management, particularly with shared AI technologies and platforms. Deep understanding of GenAI, natural language processing, voice technologies, content management, globalization, localization workflows and multilingual product development. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively work with diverse teams and collaborators. Proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting metrics and using insights to inform product decisions and drive improvements. Deep customer empathy and ability to translate user needs into compelling product features and experiences. Strong negotiation skills. Familiarity with agile development processes like Scrum and Kanban Preferred qualifications: Entrepreneurial leader with a strong track record of bringing ideas to production. Familiarity with agentic architectures, AI assistants, voice and translation platforms. Experience with LLMs and multimodal AI models supporting voice or multilingual input/output. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $145,100 -- $273,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
