Overview

Who We Are

We're not here to maintain the status quo - we're here to rewrite it and innovate at the pace of need. Our team delivers advanced logistics and tracking solutions for the Department of Defense, combining RFID, GPS, and edge computing to solve complex challenges across global operations. We're a no-bench, get-after-it kind of company where initiative is rewarded, and innovation is our default setting.

If you're ready to lead from the front - turning cutting-edge products into field-proven capabilities used across the mission - this is your opportunity.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Group Product Manager to lead our portfolio of defense logistics products spanning RFID, GPS tracking, and mobile/edge applications. You'll oversee a team of product owners and work cross-functionally to ensure our products are ready for scale, fully integrated, and delivering measurable impact for our customers.

This role sits at the center of engineering, field operations, and customer engagement. You'll balance strategy with execution, ensuring each product is technically sound, user-validated, and aligned to mission outcomes.

If you thrive on structure, execution, and accountability - and want to see the results of your work in the hands of end users - you'll fit right in.

  • Drive Adoption: Partner with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployment, training, and sustained use of our solutions in operational environments.
  • Ensure Readiness: Establish and enforce product readiness criteria, ensuring cybersecurity, reliability, and interoperability standards are met for every release.
  • Build Systems for Scale: Implement scalable processes for release management, configuration control, and field support across all products.
  • Lead and Develop Product Teams: Mentor product owners, ensuring clear priorities, effective collaboration, and consistent execution against roadmaps.
  • Align Strategy and Execution: Translate customer feedback and operational insights into actionable improvements and roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work hand-in-hand with engineering, manufacturing, cyber, and delivery teams to bring integrated solutions to life.
  • Measure Success: Define and track KPIs tied to adoption, reliability, and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, systems delivery, or technical leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex products or multi-disciplinary systems from development through deployment.
  • Strong technical fluency - able to engage deeply with engineers and translate technical detail into operational value.
  • Experience coordinating across hardware, software, and field operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities with calm, clarity, and urgency.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; you create alignment and momentum wherever you go.
  • U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain a Secret clearance (active clearance preferred).

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with RFID, GPS, or IoT-based systems.
  • Familiarity with DoD software accreditation (ATO/RMF) and sustainment processes.
  • Exposure to DevSecOps, MDM, or field-device management environments.
  • A background in logistics, manufacturing, or mission-critical systems.

Why This Role Matters

The best technology doesn't matter unless it's deployed, trusted, and used. As Group Product Manager, you'll ensure our solutions are ready for mission execution - built to perform, accredited to operate, and designed to last. You'll lead the charge from concept to capability, shaping how the DoD moves, tracks, and sustains.
