Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your maintenance and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll make a meaningful impact by ensuring the seamless operation of our shuttle-based Automated People Mover (APM) system, driving safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (safety, operations, and technical departments), lead workforce development initiatives, and oversee system configuration control policies and procedures, among other responsibilities."

  Compiling and submitting reports to the Director/Manager and/or division departments. ,

  Providing management presence and initiative in the absence of the SDC manager, as well as other managerial and professional duties as assigned. ,

  Supervising and enforcing site configuration control policies and procedures. ,

  
  
• 
  

  Enforcing all company safety policies/rules and promoting a positive safety culture. ,

  
  
• 
  

  Directing the planning, development, and use of systems to report, manage, and analyze system operations, maintenance, inventory, spares, and budgetary data.",

  Facilitating meetings with staff to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  Experience in leading and managing teams effectively. ,

  Ability to interpret technical journals, schematics, and statistical data. ,
