Could you be the full-time onsite Maintenance Manager in Tampa, FL, US we're looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your maintenance and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll make a meaningful impact by ensuring the seamless operation of our shuttle-based Automated People Mover (APM) system, driving safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (safety, operations, and technical departments), lead workforce development initiatives, and oversee system configuration control policies and procedures, among other responsibilities."

We'll look to you for:




  • Leading and directing the workforce to build and maintain efficient and effective work teams. ,



  • Directing the revision of procedures in response to customer concerns or changing system priorities and requirements. ,



  • Being knowledgeable of and compliant with the provisions of the contract under which the site operates. ,



  • Directing the development and administration of training programs to enhance work team skills. ,



  • Compiling and submitting reports to the Director/Manager and/or division departments. ,



  • Providing management presence and initiative in the absence of the SDC manager, as well as other managerial and professional duties as assigned. ,



  • Supervising and enforcing site configuration control policies and procedures. ,



  • Enforcing all company safety policies/rules and promoting a positive safety culture. ,



  • Directing the planning, development, and use of systems to report, manage, and analyze system operations, maintenance, inventory, spares, and budgetary data.",



  • Facilitating meetings with staff to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related technical field. ,



  • Experience or understanding of operations and maintenance, preferably within Automated People Mover Systems or mass transit systems. ,



  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems. ,



  • Familiarity with safety policies, regulations, and procedures. ,



  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to respond to inquiries and complaints professionally. ,



  • Experience in leading and managing teams effectively. ,



  • Ability to interpret technical journals, schematics, and statistical data. ,



  • Skills in resource allocation and sound business decision-making. ,



  • A continuous learning mindset to adapt to changing priorities and system requirements.
