As a Facilities Manager overseeing mechanical maintenance, you will lead a team of 10+ skilled technicians at IDEXX's Global Headquarters in Westbrook, ME. You will be ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of building infrastructure. This mid-level leadership role is hands-on, requiring a strong mechanical background and the ability to coach and develop staff while managing vendors and contractors.
