Shift: 1st shift; ability to work other shifts as needed

The Storeroom Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and controlling inventory, ensuring accurate shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient storeroom. The position is responsible for kitting parts for assembly, adhering to 5S principles, and fostering a continuous improvement mindset within the team.

  • Experience using ERP such as Oracle, SAP, Profit Key, etc for inventory management
  • Certified fork lift license
  • Warehouse and inventory control experience, or equivalent logistics experience
  • Shipping and receiving experience

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring meticulous tracking of materials using the Inventory Management Tracker
  • Maintain inventory of all parts in tool room and cage. Notify supervisor of discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder points for replenishment of caged and tool room inventory
  • Ensure storeroom access is limited for authorized personnel only
  • Assemble and prepare kits of parts and materials required for production and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure kitting accuracy to BOM and notify supervisor of any issues/discrepancies.
  • Maintain 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices within the storeroom to promote an organized and efficient workspace.
  • Ensure that the storeroom is clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards.
  • Accurate and timely shipping and receiving of parts and materials (FedEx, UPS)
  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, and properly document any discrepancies.
  • Ensure outgoing shipments are accurately prepared, labeled, and documented.
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities.
  • Other Duties as Assigned
