Western Union powers your pursuit We are seeking a Partner Engagement Manager to join our Consumer-to-Business (C2B) team, a critical function within our bill payments business. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of deal-making, relationship management, and strategy execution-with a clear mandate to unlock growth and build sustainable value across our partnership ecosystem. This role offers autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to develop cross-functional leadership capabilities in a high-growth business. You will lead strategic negotiations with partners to modernize legacy arrangements, introduce new partnership dynamics, pricing or fees, and align on term changes-all while strengthening trust and ensuring long-term value creation. You will manage a diverse portfolio of partnerships, provide effective account stewardship while prioritizing and renegotiating agreements with the greatest impact. By aligning internal and external stakeholders, you will turn complex or ambiguous situations into clear, actionable outcomes. You will expand the value pool by driving critical partner engagements and structuring deals that deliver mutual benefit for customers, biller partners, and affiliate partners. Through your expertise, you will unlock opportunities that transform under managed partnerships into engaged and growth-oriented partnerships. Success in this role looks like a prioritized portfolio with the highest-value partnerships engaged and transformed first, measurable improvements in scope, terms, pricing and fee structures; stronger and more transparent partner relationships, and a clear roadmap to refresh all 500+ agreements efficiently and effectively.
