Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work hybrid with our client in Lexington, NC. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional to join our People & Organization department and support recruiting efforts, primarily concerning exempt and manufacturing recruiting.
  • Your days will include sourcing candidates through various channels, partnering with Hiring Managers on interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in hiring events.
  • To succeed in this role, you should develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with hiring managers and potential hires.
  • You will also create robust talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify workforce needs.
  • Conducting strategy calls and determining selection criteria.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (social platforms and professional networks), sourcing platforms, and responses to posted positions.
  • Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
  • Working with Hiring Managers to create impactful job descriptions and potential interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
  • Organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, and Hiring Managers.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $35 - $40/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week - 1st Shift.

Length: Temp (11 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Adept with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (Factory Fix, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in addition to sourcing and presentation skills.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within matrixed, corporate organizations.
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates.
  • Managing relationships with the Hiring Managers.
  • Attending Hiring Events (organizing them on a monthly basis).
