At HDR, our employee-owners are fully engaged in creating a welcoming environment where each of us is valued and respected, a place where everyone is empowered to bring their authentic selves and novel ideas to work every day. As we foster a culture of inclusion throughout our company and within our communities, we constantly ask ourselves: What is our impact on the world? To help support our rapidly growing Structural needs in the Data Center market, HDR is seeking a talented EIT who has experience working hard to meet aggressive deadlines. The Data Center market has extremely aggressive design schedules, often with late changes, and the substantial electrical, power, and coordination needs are significant for everyone working on these projects. This position offers immensely valuable experience, working on cutting edge technologies with a variety of exposure to different trades, systems, and stakeholders. This candidate will also help develop our structural bench with staff that are in the early part of their career by receiving regular coaching and mentoring to grow their design capabilities and expertise.
