**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

• Bachelors Degree in related field required.
• Ability to effectively interact with patients, families, providers and hospital personnel in complex and potentially stressful situations.
• Must have proficient written and communication skills, with the ability to identify risk issues and implement risk mitigation and prevention strategies.
• Should have ability to work independently and take initiative to address issues, prioritize, and escalate as appropriate.
• Competent computer skills required.
• Three years of experience in clinical risk management with knowledge of legal and insurance concepts preferred.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred.

• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
