As an Operations Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for staffing, engagement, service quality, compliance, and profitability across assigned programs. You'll drive strategic execution, optimize processes, and foster a culture rooted in McKesson's ICARE and ILEAD values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead departmental strategy deployment across Supervisors, Operations Support Leads, and 50+ contact center employees to enhance customer experience, productivity, and program performance.

  • Manage team performance against role expectations, contractual agreements, and operational goals - reinforcing a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

  • Partner with senior leadership and training teams to design and implement leadership development programs that build bench strength and support career progression.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, manufacturer partners, and vendors to ensure alignment with program objectives and service agreements.

  • Monitor and analyze financial and operational KPIs (e.g., margin, SLA compliance, EBIT) to identify trends, mitigate risks, and uncover growth opportunities.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy sessions with Supervisors to translate metrics into actionable insights.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, anti-fraud statutes, and standardized operating procedures across all program activities.

  • Model and mentor core competencies aligned with McKesson's ICARE and ILEAD values in all internal and external interactions.

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by fostering a workforce that reflects McKesson's commitment to belonging and respect.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of operational experience, preferably in a large-scale distribution or contact center environment

  • 0-2+ years of management experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and MS Access

  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)

  • Strong understanding of DEA and OSHA regulations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to multitask, analyze data, and make sound business decisions in a dynamic environment

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $66,000 - $110,000
