Role of the Employee Owner Support Specialist 1

Under general supervision, serves as the first point of contact for employee owners, providing timely support and guidance on inquiries throughout their employee life cycle. Delivers consistent, service-oriented assistance to ensure a positive employee experience while helping to uphold policies and practices.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Responds to employee inquiries via tickets and phone calls; performs data entry and follows established processes to support employee life cycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and personal information updates.
  • Documents and tracks inquiries and resolutions accurately within the support ticketing system.
  • Maintains and updates personnel files in accordance with company policies and recordkeeping requirements.
  • Collaborates with team members to learn and support specific processes and HCM systems.
  • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and interactions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in HR support or a related area preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's degree preferred.
