Are you passionate about serving nonprofit organizations and providing exceptional client support? The National Bank of Indianapolis is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our Nonprofit Services team. In this vital role, you'll be one of the primary operational contacts for our nonprofit clients, helping them achieve their financial goals while ensuring operational accuracy and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do



  • Serve as a main point of contact for nonprofit clients, providing timely, accurate, and professional support.
  • Collaborate with Nonprofit Officers and the Manager to maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Manage daily deposit and loan account operations.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and volunteer or client events.
  • Review loan documents for accuracy prior to execution and prepare them for processing in Loan Operations.
  • Manage credit and debit card applications for clients and prepare necessary internal documentation.
  • Assist the Community Relations Liaison and participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and refer prospects to Nonprofit Officers or the Manager.


What We're Looking For



  • High school diploma required; postsecondary education preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in banking or financial services
  • Working knowledge of deposit and loan account operations
  • Proven reliability, accuracy, and sound judgement Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and problem-solve independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Professionalism, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit
