Job Description

About Worldpay

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. With proven technology, we process more transactions than anyone else-powering the global economy and making the way millions of people pay easier every day.

When you join Worldpay, you join a global community of experts and changemakers, reinventing an industry through innovation and collaboration.

What makes a Worldpayer? Think, Act, Win. We stay curious-asking the right questions to simplify the complex. We're dynamic-empowered to make decisions that matter. And we're determined-winning and learning as one team.

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Digital Customer Experience & Portals team and help us unlock the potential of every business.

The role

As a Product Manager I, you'll help shape and deliver features for Worldpay iQ, our merchant selfservice portal, and adjacent optimization capabilities that improve onboarding, user provisioning/entitlements, reporting and valueadded services adoption. You'll convert customer and stakeholder insights into prioritized roadmaps, guide delivery with crossfunctional partners, and measure outcomes to drive product performance.

What you'll do
  • Own a slice of the iQ portal experience (e.g., onboarding, user management/entitlements, reporting modules, or optimization features) and deliver iterative value with clear outcomes and KPIs.

  • Build and maintain a feature roadmap aligned to business goals; translate market/user insights into problem statements, epics and wellscoped stories.

  • Partner across the Agile Release Train (ART)-engineering, design/UX, architecture, RTE, product owners, compliance and GTM-to plan increments, remove blockers and ship quality releases.

  • Define requirements and acceptance criteria; validate through discovery methods (customer interviews, usability tests, data analysis) and manage backlog tradeoffs.

  • Track product performance (adoption, CSAT/NPS proxies, funnel metrics, operational SLAs) and use insights to improve conversion, activation and retention.

  • Contribute to gotomarket with product briefs, release notes and enablement content; support internal readiness for new/updated capabilities.

  • Help ensure adherence to data, privacy and risk standards in partnership with security, compliance and data governance.

  • Participate in budget/forecast inputs and align investments to measurable impact.

What you'll bring
  • 3+ years in product management or adjacent roles (business analysis, UX, solutions/strategy) building B2B/B2C SaaS or portal experiences-ideally in payments/fintech.

  • Working knowledge of identity & access, user provisioning/entitlements, or complex workflows across partner/merchant personas.

  • Competence with Agile/SAFe practices, writing user stories and outcomes, and collaborating within multiteam trains.

  • Analytical chops: comfort with dashboards, SQL/BI basics or product analytics to size opportunities and validate impact.

  • Clear, concise communication with technical and nontechnical audiences; strong stakeholder management.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, information systems, engineering or related field.

Nice to have
  • Experience with payments acquiring, merchant portals, valueadded services (e.g., tokenization, account updater, revenue optimization, surcharging/fee recovery), or financial reporting.

  • Handson with Aha!, Jira, Confluence, Figma and product analytics tools.

  • Familiarity with risk, compliance and data governance considerations in financial services.

What we offer you:

A career at Worldpay is more than just a job. It's the change to shape the future of fintech. At Worldpay, we offer you:

  • A voice in the future of fintech

  • Always-on learning and development

  • Collaborative work environment

  • Opportunities to give back

  • Competitive salary and benefits
