Introducing a new role available in Houston, TX! Staffmark is seeking a dedicated Billing Coordinator to join their team. We want to hear from you if you have three years of billing/invoicing experience, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and are excited to build your future with us!

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Receive, sort, and process mail, including depositing and applying customer payments.
  • Create and manage sales orders, service invoice adjustments, and hardware invoices.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and prepare invoices at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Manage customer accounts, process autopayments, send payment reminders, and handle collections.
  • Enter vendor bills for payment and maintain office supply inventory.
  • Research and resolve customer payment discrepancies using bank and merchant records.




Other Requirements: Diploma in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
