Staffmark is looking for a skilled Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll efficiently handle inventory, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain a safe, organized work environment. Your work is vital to supporting warehouse operations and meeting daily production goals. Pay: $19.00/hr Shift: 1st Shift - 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday-Friday; Saturdays and overtime as needed Responsibilities: Safely operate a stand-up reach forklift to move, load, and unload materials. Pick, pack, and stage products accurately based on work orders and production schedules. Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Inspect materials for quality and report any discrepancies or damages. Keep warehouse aisles, work areas, and equipment clean and organized. Assist with shipping and receiving, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments. Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a secure work environment. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workflow, issues, and production updates. Qualifications: Proven experience operating a stand-up reach forklift in a fast-paced warehouse. Ability to read, write, and understand basic English; bilingual preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and inventory tasks. Ability to lift and move items safely (weight as required by role). Team player with excellent communication skills. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA regulations. Comfortable with frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Able to operate a forklift for extended periods safely.
