The UNC Collaborative for Maternal and Infant Health ( CMIH) is housed within the School of Medicine. CMIH consists of a small, but driven staff, that shares the same aim to improve the health of women and infants by providing quality collaborative care, translating evidence-based strategies into practice, and developing new approaches to complex problems in North Carolina and beyond.

CMIH is looking for a Program Assistant to help support the Building Equitable Linkages with Interprofessional Education ( BELIEVE) project. Under supervision of the Primary Investigator, the program assistant will primarily provide study operational assistance, including but not limited to developing standardized operating procedures and risk management strategies, creating and maintaining both paper and electronic source documents, compiling regulatory documentation, and assisting in staff training, as needed. The program assistant will also be responsible for screening, recruiting, and scheduling participants for the research study.

Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Prior project management and clinical research experience involving participant interaction is strongly preferred. Bilingual (English and Spanish-speaking) candidates are encouraged to apply.
