Senior Server Administrator

As a Senior Server Administrator at Epicor, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure, with a strong focus on identity management, Microsoft 365 administration, virtualization, and security. You'll be hands-on supporting both customer and internal applications.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Administer and maintain identity and access management systems, including Entra AD, MFA, and single sign-on. Assist with tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, and Office suite, and configure OAuth workflows.
• Support virtualization platforms, such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to infrastructure incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Austin, Irvine, and remote locations.
• Contribute to security and compliance efforts, including SOX and audit reporting.
• Document processes and share knowledge across the team.

What You Will Likely Bring:

• Proven experience with identity management (authentication, SSO, MFA, Entra AD).
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills (Teams, OneDrive, Office suite).
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Powershell scripting capabilities.
• Understanding of IAM concepts and best practices.

What Could Set You Apart:

• Gsuite experience, including migration into Microsoft 365.
• Citrix experience.
• Experience with automation tools.
• Teams administration in a multi-geo enterprise environment.
• Exposure to hybrid environments, including on-prem Active Directory.
• Familiarity with data center hardware.
