IT Compliance Analyst

Electric Boat Information Technology (EB IT) is responsible for Electric Boat's enterprise and special use information systems, such as product design environments, collaboration platforms, and office productivity suites. EB IT supports over 20,000 end-users in a wide variety of work environments, networks and locations. Electric Boat Information Technology is pursuing an Infrastructure Support Analyst to support a multi-year strategy to modernize the company's IT infrastructure within a robust cybersecurity environment.

A successful candidate will work with a joint team of EB IT, Cybersecurity, and Customer Support Center personnel to implement, monitor, and improve Electric Boat's IT systems. Candidates can expect to perform project oversite activities, compliance monitoring, audit support, partner onboarding and a variety of other general IT support functions. Candidates will have opportunities to work with various teams including Windows, RedHat Linux as well as various cloud IaaS teams. Candidates will be expected to engage with all levels of management.

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of professional experience supporting IT efforts
• Has ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance

Preferred:

• Post-high school education
• Experience supporting IT processes
• Understanding of NIST or CMMC Security controls

• Strong computer skills
• Polished customer service skills
