Job Description

The Lead Spa Desk Agent is responsible for the guest experience in the Spa by providing and maintaining the service standards and creating a feeling of relaxation.



Responsibilities

    Check guests in and out.
  • Schedule spa appointments, in accordance with Omni Hotel & Resorts Moments of Service.
  • Up-sell, cross-sell, and pre-sell services and products.
  • Communicate spa promotions with guests.
  • Must be proficient on the telephone.
  • Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor during busy times.
  • Train and coach Spa Desk Agents
  • Book and confirm appointments
  • Greet guests
  • Provide Tours


Qualifications

  • Customer service experience is highly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
  • Must have the ability to stand for 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 30 lbs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including AM/PM shift, weekends, holidays.
  • Must be current servsafe and ETips certified for safe food and alcohol handling or must be willing to get certified prior to starting the position.
