Department: Clinical Dietitian - Dietary

Shift: Per Diem - Days

Location: Joliet, IL 60435



Responsibilities

Provides appropriate patient nutritional care. Assesses the nutritional status of patients, formulates a care plan, coordinates its implementation, and evaluates its impact and effectiveness. Provides nutrition education to patients/families. Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population.



Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Registered Dietitian Required (CMS requirement)

2. One year healthcare experience desirable.

Saint Joseph Medical Center - Joliet offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $39.68 The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
