Kurita has an immediate need for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner

The Senior HR Business Partner drives strategic HR solutions, advising leaders on employee relations, performance, and workforce development. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this role leads initiatives that boost engagement, resolve workforce challenges, and align HR strategies with business goals.



Responsibilities

    Provide strategic guidance to leaders on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational culture.
  • Lead HR analytics and compliance reporting, including affirmative action, merit planning, and policy governance.
  • Design and implement targeted learning initiatives to address skill gaps and improve workforce capabilities.
  • Maintain and optimize organizational structures and workflows to support operational efficiency and strategic goals.
  • Optimize organizational structures and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.
  • Drive high-impact HR projects focused on process improvement, change management, and service delivery excellence.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • 5+ years of directly related HR Business Partner experience.
  • Experience supporting the Field Sales function preferred.
  • SHRM or PHR certification preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ADP preferred.
  • Effective communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
