Responsibilities Peraton is hiring an Administrative Program Coordinator, this role is based on-site at Joint Base Pearl Harbor in Wahiawa, HI. This role leads and oversees command-wide administrative operations, including correspondence management, records control, personnel tracking, and executive-level support. The ideal candidate will bring expert knowledge of DoW administrative policy, along with proven experience supporting senior military leadership in fast-paced, high-visibility environments. Responsibilities also include driving process improvements across the organization. Candidates must demonstrate leadership, discretion, and strategic awareness in support of mission readiness and operational efficiency. What you'll do:
Oversee command-wide administrative functions, including document control, records management, awards, evaluations, directives, and legal documentation

Target Salary Range $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
