Responsibilities We're seeking an experienced and proactive ServiceNow Lead to take ownership of the design, implementation, and support of ServiceNow modules across our organization. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive innovation, streamline IT operations, and ensure ServiceNow aligns with both business goals and technical infrastructure - including AWS environments. As a ServiceNow Lead, you'll collaborate closely with IT Operations, Security, DevOps, and federal customers to deliver robust, scalable, and compliant ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You'll have the opportunity to lead transformative ServiceNow initiatives that directly impact mission-critical operations in the federal space. Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, etc.)

Target Salary Range $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
