The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the KI Installation team and to plan, direct and control all installation processes for KI Services. Responsibilities include managing, coordinating, and reporting the status of all installation projects, developing, and managing the product training program, overseeing the vendor evaluation program, and maintaining installation excellence through value-added business processes from initial quote to project completion.
