We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Analyst to support the Director of Program Management in driving a portfolio of initiatives aimed at continuous improvement within the NY Gas Business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing cross-functional projects, and the ability to develop key performance indicators, perform analysis, and manage project plans. This role involves supporting the Director in reporting status to Senior Leaders, managing risk/issue logs, quantifying benefits, and building trackers for the results of the initiatives.
