Overview AmTrust Financial Services, a fast-growing commercial insurance company, has need for VP of Professional and Cyber Liability Claim. The successful candidate will lead a large team handling all aspects of organizational leadership and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the business and best in class claims handling. Effective oral and written communication skills, the ability to prioritize and execute based on critical objectives and the ability to coach and develop direct reports are skills that are critical to success in this position. Responsibilities
Owns the development and performance of professional and cyber liability claim teams, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely resolution of first and third party claims of high complexity and/or severity. Continuously develops talent by creating opportunities for direct reports and team to grow and strengthen new skills.
Qualifications
The expected salary range for this role is $150,200-$225,000/year. Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
