Sign-on Bonus Available! Relocation bonus available for 1yr+ experience and >50mi Provides surgical technology to direct and indirect care and service. Assist surgeon, perform operative/invasive procedures. Serves as the resource to other technologists, trains new technologists and functions as an informal lead technologist role as needed. Mentoring and utilizing the additional education gained through certification will be used to assist peers, perform more efficiently and raise performance. Qualifications Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA)American Heart Association (AHA); Tech in Surgery (TS-C) - National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT); Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA), Education: , Work Experience: Responsibilities Preparation for surgeon specific operative/invasive procedure that's timely accurate, effective and efficient.

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $25.36per hour - $42.35per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
