This role requires proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Mandarin as you will be have significant interaction with the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Field and Subsidiary team, focusing on managing large strategic customers within the Chinese time zone.
ResponsibilitiesAct as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and challenges are translated into actionable product and program requirements, and manage escalations effectively to maintain customer trust and prevent churn.Build strong relationships with field teams and customers to drive adoption and satisfaction.Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve customer experience and unblock capacity or resiliency challenges.Define and operationalize frameworks (e.g., capacity prioritization, health tracking) to guide decision-making and execution across multiple teams.Use data to identify gaps, measure success, and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.Establish and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business goals and customer outcomes.Partner with engineering, product, and field leadership to align on priorities and deliver end-to-end solutions.Influence senior stakeholders and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.Anticipate and address technical risks throughout the implementation lifecycle. | |
