Nurse Manager - Postpartum Full Time Newark, DE We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Postpartum Unit. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, staff management, patient care quality, and departmental performance. At ChristianaCare, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to mothers and newborns. Our Postpartum Unit provides expert nursing care and education in a warm, supportive environment, helping families navigate recovery and strengthen their bond with their newborns. The unit also includes a dedicated Continuing Care Nursery to support infants requiring extended medical attention. Key Responsibilities:

Annual Compensation Range $121,180.80 - $193,897.60 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
