Production Support Specialist

Location: Clearwater, Florida

Schedule: M-F Core hours 8AM-4PM

POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinator and administrative employees are responsible for all aspects of information and data collection, analysis, processing, and records maintaining. Employees need to be familiar with and comfortable using Dynamet's various internal information systems as well as the Microsoft Office suite on a daily basis.

PRIMARY DUTIES

Under direct supervision, provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals.

Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, and prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary.

Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review. Responsible for data entry for operations, quality, or shipping department.

Maintains manual and digital database of all opened and closed work orders. Responsible for entering all Close Outs. Responsible for tracking all Works in Progress (WIP) Work Orders.

Update Plant Leadership on current production totals daily. Input data in Axiom. Assist the Customer Service Team in answering inquiries regarding the processing of orders. Update required information on forms and/or electronic I/O devices. Communicate with other team members to overcome or correct problems as they occur.

Coordinate with operations, maintenance, warehouse, and engineering to ensure proper scheduling and movement of goods and supplies. Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area. Observe all safety rules and procedures including wearing designated personal protective equipment and lock-out tag-out. Work with Managers, Foreman, Engineers, and Technical Development on process improvement projects. Participate in Continuous Improvement activities as requested.

Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Supervisor, or Manager.

Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required. Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
