Description The Endpoint Technician is responsible for supporting and maintaining Interstate Batteries' endpoint systems, services, and productivity tools used by team members. This includes diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, maintaining endpoint compliance, and proactively improving user experience. Job Components: - Provide level-one technical support for desktop applications and endpoint hardware. - Build, image, and configure user machines. - Maintain and support video conferencing equipment. - Support smartphones and mobile devices (iOS preferred). - Proactively monitor endpoint systems to identify and resolve issues before they impact users. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues through analysis and root-cause identification. - Log all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system with detailed notes. - Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution. - Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, accessories, and licenses. - Identify trends in recurring issues to suggest process or system improvements. - Ensure endpoints comply with company security and configuration policies. - Document procedures, resolutions, and technical processes. Skills Desktop, Windows 10, Imaging, Hardware, troubleshooting, support, customer service, Active Directory, O365, Deployment, Technical support, Help desk, sccm Top Skills Details Desktop,Windows 10,Imaging,Hardware,troubleshooting,support,customer service,Active Directory,O365,Deployment,Technical support,Help desk Additional Skills & Qualifications Qualifications: - Associate's degree or equivalent experience in computer-related field. - 2+ years of technical customer service or IT support experience. - Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and endpoint hardware. - Experience with imaging/deployment tools (SCCM, Intune, or similar). - Basic knowledge of networking concepts and Active Directory. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Highly self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
