* Job Posting: Title Clerk - * * Location: On-Site in Carmel, IN* Pay: $18 an hour Carmel, Indiana (On-site) * Position Type:* Contract-to-Hire * Schedule:* Standard business hours (Monday-Friday) About the Role: We're seeking a Title Clerk to support high-volume vehicle title processing for online auto sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: * Handle approximately 2,500 vehicle titles per day * Match titles with bills of sale and sort alphabetically by dealer name * Alphabetize and organize titles for processing * Learn to receive titles into the system, stamp/assign them, and prepare for shipment What We're Looking For: Must-Haves: * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Strong alphabetizing and organizational skills * Fast learner with quick typing ability * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Willingness to accept constructive feedback * Ability to work independently and in a close-knit team Nice-to-Haves: * Auto title experience (not required) Perks & Benefits: * Growth opportunities (e.g., contractors promoted to manager) * Most employees are converted to permanent roles * Little to no phone work * Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays * Pay increases possible upon permanent hire and skill progression Work Environment: * Quiet, focused setting with no phone responsibilities * Team of 15-20 Title Clerks, 1 Office Manager, and 1 Team Lead * Part of a large organization supporting online vehicle sales across North America rReady to apply? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
