Overview

The Corporate Affairs Associate supports the smooth daily operation of the corporate office by managing a variety of administrative, facilities, and logistical tasks. This individual will handle on-site coordination, run errands as needed, and provide general assistance across departments to ensure an efficient, well-organized workplace.



Responsibilities

    Oversee day-to-day site operations including facilities, office maintenance and some vendor coordination.
  • Assist with company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Run local errands and handle ad hoc requests to support business and operational needs.
  • Support onboarding and workspace setup for new employees.
  • Support offboarding and workspace clean up as appropriate
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Facilities teams to ensure smooth site functionality and employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and facility procedures.
  • Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration, facilities support, or general affairs (corporate or biotech/pharma environment preferred).
  • Korean fluency required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing requests.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to run local errands as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic administrative tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work is typically performed in an office environment
  • Local travel is estimated at 25%
  • May be required to routinely lift items ~25 pounds
  • Hands-on, service-oriented, and dependable.
  • Enjoys variety and problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced environment with high ambiguity
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, and adjust swiftly to changing business priorities
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe.
