Major/Essential Functions As the Administrative Assistant for Texas Tech University's Dallas-Fort Worth site, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, students, and staff-creating a welcoming, organized, and professional environment. You'll manage the reception desk, support programs and events on-site and in the community, and help maintain clean, well-stocked public spaces. You'll coordinate supplies, travel arrangements, and expense reports, while working closely with building management and assisting with testing center operations. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required Qualifications Completion of high school or the equivalent. Five years office experience. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications
