Let's Power the Future of Print on Demand Together At Gooten (a Taylor company), we're building technology that redefines how brands scale with Print on Demand. Our global platform connects smart automation, distributed fulfillment, and seamless integrations to help brands reach customers everywhere. Our platform orchestrates thousands of complex print-on-demand orders every day across a distributed vendor network: integrating product creation, order management, intelligent routing, and analytics into one seamless experience. To keep delivering exceptional solutions, we're looking for a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. If you're passionate about ensuring software reliability, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a fast-growing tech company, we should talk. We pride ourselves on engineering excellence, automation at every layer, and the ability to scale quickly without sacrificing reliability or quality. Your Opportunity: As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at Gooten, you will be a key force in evolving our automation-first quality culture. You'll collaborate with developers, product managers, and customer teams to ensure that every feature, integration, and release meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and usability. You'll design test systems that not only validate functionality but also ensure the stability, performance, and security of a platform that integrates dozens of microservices and MCPs (Microservice Communication Patterns) including: Kafka topics, NoSQL DBs, REST APIs, and asynchronous workflows. This is a role for someone who wants to own the automation narrative: embedding tests at build-time, measuring quality in real-time, and enabling developers to ship confidently and safely through self-service, CI-driven quality pipelines.
