Manheim is on a journey to evolve our digital marketplaces - Manheim.com and OVE.com - for both our buyers and sellers. The Strategic Planning Sr Manager will be a hands-on cross-functional leader focused on serving as the business owner for seller and / or buyer-focused efforts. This individual will strive to deliver seamless seller and / or buyer experiences that drive incremental volume across Manheim's One Marketplace.
This role will develop the end-to-end seller and / or buyer strategy and implement that strategy cross-functionally. In addition, The Senior Manager will partner across CAI, including but not limited to: Sales, Operations, Product, CADS, OPEX, Assurance, Decision Support, Mobile Inspections, Remote Dealer Services, Trade Desk, and physical auction teams. This individual will be comfortable leading with little oversight in ambiguous or new situations where innovative approaches may be required, or the solution may require challenging legacy ways of working. This position will not initially have direct reports, however future team management is possible. USD 131,600.00 - 219,400.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $131,600.00 - $219,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
