This individual is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the plant engineering team and works closely with the maintenance team. The Manager identifies, communicates and implements departmental goals and cost reduction objectives while implementing plant, divisional and company strategic plans. This position also oversees the initiation, follow-up and timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical multi-tasker with excellent communication skills who can easily juggle multiple assignments at once and interact with all levels of the organization. Perks
