As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Driver Chemical/Petrochemical in Spring, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. Your visible presence and routine patrols promote a secure environment for employees and visitors. This role may require driving responsibilities, as you respond to various situations across the site. What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the chemical and petrochemical location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter, including areas with specialized operational requirements.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions that may impact the security-related environment of the location.
• Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and help to deter unauthorized entry through consistent presence and monitoring.
• Collaborate with site staff and first responders during emergencies and/or incidents.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or occurrences according to Allied Universal and site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military roles is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
