What does a Field Administration Lead do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The Field Administration Lead oversees a location that performs route settlement and provides customer and business administrative services for the assigned Swire distribution location in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. The lead ensures quality control over designated responsibilities and collaborates with location management to ensure strategic company objectives are met.

Responsibilities



  • Complete Route Accounting and Settlement tasks and end of day paperwork per Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Perform cash handling in compliance with the company's policies.
  • Perform driver Over and Short research and resolution.
  • Perform general administrative office duties.
  • Work with Finance Business Services to resolve field-related collection/accounts payable issues.
  • Work across multiple facilities within a commutable distance.
  • Support facility staffing and onboarding needs.
  • Actively participate in identification and implementation of training programs and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with requests from regions, corporate, safety, or HR by addressing and executing their directives.
  • Work with location teams to monitor and maintain an effective controls environment.


Requirements



  • Associate's Degree In Business, Accounting, or related field. preferred or
  • High School Diploma (or GED) with 2+ years of experience in related field required
  • 2+ years Finance/Accounting experience with expense management preferred
  • 1+ years Office Management role or similar with experience managing expenses to budget required
  • 3+ years supervisory experience with recruiting, mentoring, training, and retaining a diverse team
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and produce accurate, timely results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to understand, develop, and refine/improve processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented
  • Accurate data entry and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite i.e., Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.
  • Sitting (80%), bending, walking, and kneeling
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs
