The Salesforce AppExchange is the world's leading enterprise SaaS marketplace, providing a trusted hub where customers discover, evaluate, and securely install thousands of pre-built applications, components, and solutions that extend Salesforce functionality. What you'll do:
As a PM Director for our marketing & lead generation experiences within AppExchange and AgentExchange, you'll own and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for our CMS, experimentation, information architecture, cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and lead routing through agents. You'll define and champion the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap, ensuring alignment with Product Marketing. You're also expected to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle in collaboration with engineering, design, and partner teams to deliver trusted, scalable, and high-quality marketplace experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering and influencing product strategy, vision, and roadmap.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, UX, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex market dynamics and technical concepts into actionable product plans and measurable business results.

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including proven experience presenting to executive leadership and representing the company as a domain expert.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing) in a highly-matrixed organization.

  • Experience managing global teams at scale across multiple hubs and time zones.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or complex two-sided marketplaces.

  • Experience with emerging agent interoperability protocols like MCP and A2A.

  • Familiarity with Wordpress, Agentforce, Optimizely, Data Cloud.

  • Deep understanding of partner & developer ecosystems and the tools/platforms they use to build and deploy solutions

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $211,500 to $306,600. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $230,800 to $334,600.
