Benefits and Compensation Specialist Hybrid | Full-Time | Total Rewards Team Steptoe LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Benefits and Compensation Specialist to join our Total Rewards team. In this role, you'll support key HR functions including leave administration, wellness programming, compensation support, and retirement plan operations. You'll work closely with employees and internal teams to ensure a smooth experience across these areas. This position offers a balanced workload and a high degree of flexibility, making it ideal for someone who values autonomy, precision, and meaningful work. You'll handle sensitive data with care, contribute to process improvements, and help deliver clear, helpful guidance to employees. What You'll Do:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. The actual base salary offered will be dependent upon the applicant's experience and qualifications, as well as other job-related factors, including but not limited to, relevant skills, education, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, geographic location.
