Night Press Operator

We're looking for a skilled Press Associate III to join our Press Room Team. This position requires someone who can accurately read and interpret blueprints and has hands-on experience running press machines. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality parts efficiently and accurately.

What You'll Do

• 
  Operate and maintain various press and related machines (including tube lasers, sheet lasers, and turrets).
  
• 
  Read and interpret blueprints and job orders to ensure parts meet all specifications and tolerances.
  
• 
  Set up and produce parts safely, efficiently, and within required quality standards.
  
• 
  Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to manage workflow and priorities.
  
• 
  Record production data, report completed work, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  
• 
  Support continuous improvement and teamwork throughout the department.
  

Requirements

• 
  Required: Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints (this is a must).
  
• 
  Required: Prior experience operating press machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
  
• 
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  
• 
  Basic computer skills; familiarity with Bend Pro 2 software is a plus.
  
• 
  Forklift certification or willingness to complete training.
