Sales Administrator - Macon, GA

Join our team and help keep operations running smoothly!

We're looking for a Sales Administrator to support our Macon, Georgia location. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


What You'll Do

  • Coordinate travel and logistics for technicians.
  • Organize events and manage related tasks.
  • Handle credit card management for Macon operations.
  • Support payroll processing.
  • Assist with purchasing activities.


What We're Looking For

  • Education/Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Familiarity with database programs (IFS, Outlook) is a plus.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.


  • Mindset: Customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.


Additional Details

  • Travel: Minimal, as needed.
  • Physical Demands: Mostly sedentary with occasional filing tasks.
