With hubs across the US, UK, Germany, Ireland, and Poland, we're building the future of online marketplaces-together. *Role Overview* As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers with questions or issues on the platform. You'll monitor different queues in Zendesk (our CRM), responding to tickets from buyers and sellers with empathy and efficiency. Supported by clear documentation and SOPs, you'll ensure every customer feels heard and supported. Expect to handle a high volume of tickets, typically 50-80 per day, via email support. *Responsibilities* * Communicate with buyers and sellers via email support in Zendesk, ensuring a positive experience. * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to payments, orders, shipments, and general questions. * Become an expert in platform products, processes, and systems, guided by documentation and SOPs. * Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve open questions. * Seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and eliminate repeat contacts. *What We're Looking For* * Eager to launch a career in a fast-paced, innovative environment. * Willing to learn new systems and tools (Zendesk, Kustomer, Intercom, etc.). * Strong customer-first mentality and proactive problem-solving skills. * Weekend availability required. * Interest in ecommerce and marketplace operations. * Knowledge of collectibles is a plus. * Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred. * Previous start-up experience is a plus. *Shift Requirements* * Agents are expected to work a full-time, 40-hour weekly schedule within the following operational hours. Open availability is required for all listed hours, including holidays. * Mon-Sun between 5:00 AM - 11:30 PM PST (example most common shifts: 5:00-2:00pm, 1:30pm-10:30pm, 2:00pm-11:00pm, 2:30pm-11:30pm PST) * Shift Bids: Conducted quarterly.
