Primary Purpose:

Support the Global Brand Marketing team onthedevelopment and global rollout of seasonalLicensing campaignsacross all licensed categories. The position reports to theSr. Manager ofGlobalBrandMarketing and willoptimizethe execution oflicensingmarketinginitiativesglobally. They will act as a key contact person for internal andexternal licensingpartners onbrandstrategy andcommunication of ongoingseasonalcampaignsand key initiatives.

  • Developglobal campaigns forour fragrancecategoryto drive impact and accelerate growth.

  • Rely on category and consumer insights toensurerelevancy towards our target consumer in priority markets. Support with desktop research and partner withstrategic brandpartnersand/orinternalConsumer Insights team on third-party research

  • Support campaignleadon development of global brief inclusive ofconsumerinsights, talent, creative considerations, media considerations, etc.

  • Develop discussion guides andappropriate stimuliforpre-testing our fragrancecampaign assets.Work with testing partners to synthesizeresultsthatguide campaign developmentand share updates with agency, internal teams, &licensee partners.

  • Work to collectcreative marketingfeedbackfrom key stakeholdersand guidance on asset development ensuring consumer insights, pre-testing results and best practices are considered

  • Partner withthe internalmedia team to understand platform best practices and performance. Both review and advise on media planflighting,ensuring they follow our media principlesand aid brandgoals

  • Supportlicenseesonseasonal campaigns and local initiativeswithproduct focusedcontentacross all licensed categories (fragrance, eyewear, watches, jewelry/accessories)

  • Support external communication with licensee account partners and serve as a liaison for their content needsand marketing opportunities

  • Assistin development of shotlist and supportive seasonal content across the full year

  • Maintain communication with Coach global markets on available licensingcontent, ensuring integration into seasonal media planning and reporting

  • Partner with Licensing Merchandising team to collect and managelicensingsamples amongst influencer andseeding initiatives

  • Support amplification and media plans,ensuring they follow our media principles and aid brand goals

  • Connect the dots between licensing and brand momentsthrough creative strategy,media principals, and talent deliverables

  • Be proactive inidentifyingbrand opportunities where ourlicensingcategories can intersectfor closer alignmentandgreater visibilitywithinthe brand.

  • Work closely with the Talent team to maximize talent deliverables across their respective categoriesand other potential brand moments.

  • Minimum 4 years professional experience in marketing with a fashion and/or beauty background

  • Ability to build effective partnerships and interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels and indifferent countries

  • Attention todetailand an eye for impactful creative

  • Efficiency in communicating through briefs, power points, and other document tools

BASE PAY RANGE $90,000.00 TO $100,000.00
