This role leads cross-functional initiatives, mentors team members, and develops the AI technology roadmap aligned with strategic objectives. The Senior AI Engineer ensures all AI solutions meet healthcare technology standards and data privacy requirements, and drives change management for successful AI adoption. WORK CONTEXT Working Conditions
Salary and Other Compensation: The target pay rate for this position is between $124,740 - $141,750 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for monthly uncapped commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
