As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. You will remain highly visible to support a secure environment, assist employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. Your role will involve using technology to communicate and log activities, all while embracing our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a tech, media, and telecom location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any security-related concerns.
• Document and report any observed irregularities such as property damage, suspicious activity, or unauthorized persons in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members as needed to support a secure environment.
• Remain alert and observant during patrols, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
