The Opportunity

As a Senior BP Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving operational excellence across the Business Partnering (BP) organization. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, Global Business Partnering & Talent (BPT), you will partner directly with a HR Business Partner leadership team and collaborate across Centers of Excellence (COEs) to lead and scale operations for complex, global initiatives. You will establish and maintain the operational cadence for a team of HRBPs, drive accountability, and champion continuous improvement. Your strong business insight and transformational change leadership will help assess business needs, identify operational gaps, and transform challenges into prioritized, well-executed solutions that deliver measurable impact. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment, consistently seek to learn and grow as the organization evolves, and prioritize the needs of both the team and the business.

What you'll Do
  • Build and lead the operational cadence for a team of HRBPs, driving accountability and continuous improvement in programs, processes, and delivery of key initiatives.
  • Provide critical program management support to HRBPs, ensuring customer-centric and standardized HR program delivery to leaders across the organization.
  • Work with the Director of Business Operations, Global BPT on annual planning and on driving in-year strategic initiatives across the global BPT organization
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and across COEs on cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment of resources to desired outcomes
  • Identify, design, implement, and scale programs, processes, and technology improvements that enhance HRBP efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate and create dashboards, ad hoc reports, and insights on key employee and business metrics that illustrate impact and progress.
  • Serve as a thought partner, advising and influencing the perspectives of key senior leaders
  • Build effective, trusting business relationships across the organization to support Adobe's strategic business direction in alignment with Adobe's Core Values
What you need to succeed
  • 7+ years of experience in program management or business operations,
  • BA or BS degree in a related field; HR experience is a plus
  • Outstanding ability to build, drive, and continuously improve business operations and program management.
  • Experience designing, implementing, scaling, and optimizing global HR processes and programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization, including advising and influencing senior leadership
  • Critical thinking skills to break down sizable problems into meaningful, actionable pieces, and leverage data to derive insights that inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with solid attention to detail
  • Excellent meeting design and facilitation skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to adapt as business needs evolve.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $131,700 -- $242,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
