Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position
- Key Responsibilities:
* Fosters an environment of trust and teamwork builds collaborative relationships, internally and externally. * Applies basic schedule techniques and analysis (critical and driving paths, health and quality checks, resource loading, risk analysis). * Executes contract/program Estimate At Complete (EAC), risk and opportunity, and Management Reserve data with Finance organization as input into business financial commitments. * Prepares program review documents and customer required documents. * Integrates/manages subcontractor cost and/or schedule data and/or material data into program data with potential assistance from senior PPM analysts. * Applies key areas of the Program Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) to develop executable processes for supported programs and lead program teams in their implementation. * Independently creates and manages WBS, IMP, and IMS for proposals/program startups. * Demonstrates/Leads demonstration of EVMS compliance through completion of program lifecycle, including internal/external audits. * Develops/leads the time-phased budget in conjunction with program team to meet all contract and program objectives. * Collects and updates full program performance data, prepares and analyzes historical and predictive measures, and reviews results and recommendations with program manager and program leads. * Prepares and reviews timely, accurate customer required documents and reviews/preps with program manager and department manager. * Applies advanced schedule techniques and analysis (critical and driving paths, health and quality checks, resource loading, risk analysis). * Single or multiple contracts typically valued up to $20M per year. * Collaborates with senior PPM analysts on the design of tests to evaluate new EVMS and/or schedule tools, analyze test results, and makes recommendations to support operational improvement. - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Effectively and efficiently works within time constraints and adjusts to changing circumstances. * Ability to work both independently and as a team member. * Ability to demonstrate professional written and oral communications and ability to solve problems. * Proficient organizational, analysis, and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to multi-task high priorities. * Domain knowledge in program and/or product life cycle and financial processes. * Experience in coordination of program requirements across planning stages with multiple subcontractors. * Proficient user in EVMS and/or scheduling tools and principles. * Proficient experience in defense or federal contracting. * Proficient experience with DCMA audits. * Proficient interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor in interacting with a wide variety of people. * Ability to travel across geographic locations on limited notice for proposals and programs. * Effective negotiation and conflict resolution.
Preferred Skills: MS Project, Cobra #LI-Hybrid Target salary range: USD $103,254.00/Yr. - USD $111,724.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
