Hours & Pay

Employment Type: 5-month contract

Pay Range: $35-$45 per hour (location-dependent)

Schedule: Remote, standard business hours with required travel

What You'll Be Doing



  • Conduct Site Initiation Visits, routine monitoring, and closeout activities in accordance with protocol, GCP, and regulatory requirements
  • Perform source data verification, collect essential study materials, and resolve queries to support accurate and timely data quality
  • Maintain and organize study documents, including regulatory files and trial master file components
  • Collaborate with investigators, study coordinators, and internal teams, including R&D, Finance, Marketing, and core project groups
  • Prepare and submit monitoring reports, follow-up letters, and study-related documentation
  • Manage day-to-day responsibilities, including data entry, data organization, and ongoing site communication



What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience as a CRA or in a similar monitoring role
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations, processes, and industry guidelines
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • CRA certification is a plus
  • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship, including potential future conversion


Travel Requirements



  • Up to 15% travel, primarily for on-site initiation and monitoring visits
  • Sites may be located in WA, CA, MN, MD, and KY
